the friendly staff made me feel right at home and their attention to detail was impressive. the location was convenient with plenty of nearby ATMs, taxis, and shops. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with luxurious features. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the stunning view of the lake from my room, it was breathtaking!

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

The hotel location was quite convenient as it was only a short walk from the beach and some shops. the staff was smiling and friendly, making us feel very welcome. the swimming pool was a delight, offering great views and keeping us cool on hot days.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, which could be an issue for some people. arranging room service or communicating specific requests with staff members was a bit challenging due to a language barrier that could be improved.

The only minor downside was a lack of English, speaking staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times. the incredible service more than made up for this small issue.

This hotel is situated in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach and near an ATM and taxi stand. Plus, there are shops nearby for convenience. The staff is friendly, attentive, and chatty, and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a good variety of food on offer.

There were a few small things that let the hotel down. The rooms had some minor wear and tear, plus the walls were a little thin and allowed some noise to filter through which affected my sleep.
